We have created our new site as our virtual showroom for new & existing Southern African Wholesale Customers

to simplify ordering & doing business with NeoGroup.

This is for TRADE CUSTOMERS ONLY who have registered businesses in South Africa & other African States.

First time wholesale users need to register whith us which , once vetted & approved, will be activated via email.

From then on you simply need click Login or My Account at the top of every page, and enter your e-mail & personal password once activated to place an order request.

When you log in to your wholesale account, you will be able to do the following:

• VIEW our fine  fproduct brands, individual product images, description, wholesale price estimate.
• CREATE & SEND an wholesale order request per product & send to our customer order team orders@neogroup.co.za   
• this serves a non-binding wholesale purchase request & is an estimate only & minimum pack sizes may apply.
• ORDER CONFIRMATION  - you will receive an official NeoGroup pro-forma order confirmation within 24 hrs which will reflect
• minimum order quantities / pack sizes
• availability (in stock items)  & comments on any possible Back Orders.    
• final wholesale price per product (excl VAT)  (subject to change without notice)
• delivery estimate
• VAT Incl TOTAL
• payment terms
• UPDATE & AMEND - You will then make any changes & ammendments confirm your order via e-mail through our customer order team orders@neogroup.co.za  
• PRE-PAYMENT - 50% prepayment deposit policy. Balance due on delivery. Excludes delivery costs which will be included as part of the estimate.
• PROCESS & DISPATCH - once you have confirmed your order & paid your deposit, we will pack & dispatch your order within 3-7 working days. 
• ORDER TRACKING  - you will be sent a final Invoice upon dispatch from our warehouse & can request Order Tracking
