The Amarena artisanal Panettone is a soft cake, enriched with sweet candied black cherries , sultanas and Mananara Vanilla from Madagascar (Slow Food Presidium). The natural leavening, the 72 hours of patient processing and the selected ingredients give the cake unique softness, digestibility and flavor. The dough, which is yellow in color and well-honeycombed, is made with fresh basic ingredients : free-range eggs in Italy, butter, milk and mountain cream.
