Sbrisola Nocciola Ciocco is a reinterpretation of the Mantuan sbrisolona, a traditional peasant dessert that is enriched and reinterpreted here by the artisan mastery of Dario Loison. Characteristic of this cake is its crumbly and irresistible consistency , resulting from the union of "Marano" corn flour with butter. The dough, hand-rolled by our artisans, is then embellished with "Piemonte" IGP hazelnuts and dark chocolate chips.
