Pain Doux with raisins and orange is an artisan fruit bread with natural leavening thanks to the use of our mother yeast. Dario Loison wanted to revive this old recipe of his father Alessandro, enriching it with a selection of top quality ingredients. The well-dimpled dough is decorated with raisins and delicious candied Sicilian orange peel. The surface is coated with a crumbly glaze of Italian “Tuono” almonds , which give the soft bread an unforgettable consistency and flavor.
