For best results; Set the oven at 164C. Insert thermometer at least 2"/5cm into the thickest part of the meat, away from the bone or gristle. Place uncovered roast in Oven with thermometer dial facing door for easy reading. Remove roast when the pointer reaches the desired temperature, indicating desired degree of cooking.
The pointed end of this thermometer could cause injury.
